TIMELINES 

To set expectations and keep all key stakeholders informed of the timeline for project completion:  For large projects- we create a project schedule with tentative completion dates and update/ report out weekly to key stakeholders. For small repairs- we keep the project manager or facilities maintenance coordinator updated on project status and scheduled work dates.
